  • By subscribing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    • Minimum Subscription Period: The minimum subscription period for Mama Mel's Pet Food Subscription Plan is three months from the date of initial sign-up.

    • Cancellation Policy: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time after the initial three-month period ends. To cancel your subscription, please log in to your customer account. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

    • Subscription Changes: Subscribers may request changes to their subscription plan, such as adjusting delivery frequency or modifying product selection through your customer account. 

    • Billing: Subscribers will be billed automatically each month, unless the subscription is canceled.

    • Payment: Payment for each subscription period will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of initial sign-up, unless updated by the subscriber.

    • Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for partial subscription periods. 

    • Product Availability: Mama Mel's Pet Food reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value in the event of product unavailability.

    • Changes to Terms: Mama Mel's Pet Food reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes via email.
